As the bubble drags outwards, a poorly defined feeling settles over the creative fields.
Conversations about what it could-and-can't-do got boring real quick.
We feel what we are losing, but how can we say the feelings of knowing practice and craft?
Jane Frances Dunlop has kindly given us space for a second event <3
We will be breaking gloom Saturday 30th May, 17:00 to 19:00, at A.P.T. Gallery in SE8, London.
It's a smaller venue than last time so (free) tickets are required. You can register here.
Breaking the (g)loom: this is beautiful, actually
What is something you find beautiful / fascinating / important, but maybe most people aren't aware of?
Show a clip, play a sound, bring a thing.
Take your generous audience on a journey down a deep niche, or just somewhere they forgot.
The venue seats 30, so everyone is encouraged to contribute. We should get a strict ~3 minutes each!
Please submit any supporting media (file or link), and an identifying moniker, to contact(at)breakingthegloom(dot)com.
Everything will be collected offline and filed onto a laptop before the event.
There is a private view for the wider exhibition, and other cool events - check out Jane's site 👀
